patience.

im sure the Lord has something up his sleeve in this whole house buying process...but seriously, patience is a virtue I do not have.

So far I have put 3 offers on houses.

One was accepted, but had a horrible inspection, so i walked.

On my second one, another offer was accepted over mine

and today, i put an offer on another one....third one's a charm??

This house is a major fixer upper. BUT has a fantastic floor plan and great location...

It was a foreclosure. So I wont hear back about my offer for about a week....

Go team go. Im ready to own a house. i think....
