April

This is my second April living in Dallas. I have come to realize over the past few weeks that April is my very favorite month here. I couldnt pinpoint why, but this weekend it dawned on me: April in Dallas is like Colorado summer. Cool crisp mornings, warm days in the 70's and low 80's with no humidity, and by evening time, you need your jacket again....

Clearly, im loving it. Colorado will always have a piece of my heart. I hope to one day live there again, but the Lord blesses me in Dallas with a small piece of Colorado every April. And even though i don't have this view to look at anymore:

I know that I am called to be here in Dallas. And I have really come to love it, no joke! The girl who said she would never live in Texas...

These are my views now, and they arent all that bad:

I know soon enough this weather will pass, and the scorching heat of the Texas summer will arrive...Get out and enjoy it people!
